Currency and total
All product prices and checkout totals are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping is calculated before submission. Any tax collected through the store must appear as a separate amount before you submit an order; no additional tax is silently added afterwards. Import duties or destination charges not collected by us may be payable to the carrier or relevant authority. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or fees.
Order submission and payment status
PayPal is the displayed payment option. An order confirmation records your order details; it is not evidence that a payment succeeded. Always check the payment status in My account. An order shown as “Pending payment” is unpaid. Submitting an order that remains pending does not charge a PayPal account, and goods are not dispatched until payment is confirmed.
Payment security
We do not ask for card numbers, PayPal passwords or payment login codes in our contact form or by email. Never send these to us. Where a payment provider processes a payment, its own authentication and privacy terms apply. We do not store full card details on this site.
Payment problems and duplicate charges
If a payment attempt appears incomplete, check your account and payment-provider records before retrying. Email lvchun25@outlook.com with the order number if records disagree. We will investigate rather than asking you to pay twice without checking. If no payment was taken, there is no monetary refund to process.
Refunds and changes
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. See Returns & refunds for eligibility and timing, and our Cancellation policy for changes before dispatch. We do not sell recurring subscriptions or charge automatic renewal fees.
