2. Scope and eligibility
You may browse this site for personal shopping. To place an order, you must be able to enter a binding contract under the rules that apply to you, or have a legally authorized adult place the order. The store currently accepts delivery orders to the United States. We do not offer subscriptions or digital downloads.
3. Accounts and security
An account is required before checkout. Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with obligations; this does not remove valid existing order or refund rights.

Read the materials, dimensions, contents and care information on each product page. Measurements are approximate and colors may vary by display and lighting. Images illustrate the described style; small natural material variations may occur. We will not make a material substitution without your agreement. External currency conversion fees or import charges may be payable separately. If a material price error is found before acceptance, we will seek your agreement to the corrected total or cancel and refund any amount already taken.
7. Orders, acceptance and contract
Check the item, quantity, delivery address and total before submitting an order. The initial acknowledgement records receipt of the order and does not confirm payment or dispatch. Acceptance occurs when we explicitly confirm acceptance or dispatch your goods. We may decline an order for genuine supply, delivery, verification or material-error reasons, and will explain any cancellation and return payments for items not supplied.
8. Payment and irregularities
See the Payment policy for the displayed method and payment status. A pending order is unpaid and is not dispatched. We do not collect payment account passwords or full card details through support. Payment-provider checks may apply when a real payment is processed. Tell us if you suspect a duplicate or unauthorized charge so we can investigate with the provider.
9. Shipping and performance
The Shipping policy explains current destinations, charges and estimated processing and transit times. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. We remain responsible for handling delivery problems and will discuss suitable remedies where an order is not delivered as agreed. Tracking is shown only when actual shipment information is available.
10. Cancellation, changes and withdrawal
Request cancellation or address changes promptly using the Cancellation policy. Unpaid orders may be cancelled in your account when that action is available. After dispatch, follow return instructions. Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right that applies to your purchase continues to apply, regardless of a request or condition in this policy.
11. Returns, refunds and remedies
The Returns & refunds policy provides a 30-calendar-day change-of-mind request window from delivery, instructions and refund timing. Contact us for the confirmed return address before posting. Change-of-mind return postage is normally your responsibility; reasonable agreed costs for confirmed defective or incorrect items are covered by us. Mandatory remedies for faulty goods are not excluded.

Do not submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, misuse another person’s payment details, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code or interfere with the store.
